FonixLabs is a design and engineering studio. We design websites, build them properly, and help teams put AI to work, from first sketch to production.

Three disciplines.
One bench.

Most projects need all three. Keeping them under one roof means the design survives development, and the AI fits the product instead of being bolted on after launch.

  • Web design

Brand-led websites with a point of view. We design the system, not just the pages, so your site stays coherent as it grows.

    • Art direction
    • UX and information architecture
    • Design systems
    • Motion and interaction
  • Development

Fast, accessible front ends and the back ends behind them. Built on modern stacks, documented, and handed over in a state your team can own.

    • Marketing sites and CMS
    • Web apps and dashboards
    • E-commerce
    • Performance and accessibility
  • AI consultancy

We find where AI saves real hours in your business, then build it. Assistants, automations and search that work on your data and your rules.

    • Opportunity audits
    • Custom assistants and agents
    • Workflow automation
    • Team training

How a project runs

Small steps you can see and react to. You get working software early, not a big reveal at the end.

  1. 01

    Discover

We learn your business, your users and what success means. You get a short written brief and a plan.

  2. 02

    Prototype

Design directions and clickable prototypes. For AI work, a proof of concept on your real data.

  3. 03

    Build

Weekly releases to a staging site you can click through. No surprises at handover.

  4. 04

    Launch and improve

We ship, measure what changed and keep tuning. Support plans are available after launch.

AI, minus the hype.

Plenty of AI projects stall after the demo. We start with the work your team repeats every day, measure it, and build only what pays for itself.

Opportunity audit
Two weeks with your team to map where AI saves time, ranked by effort and return.
Assistants on your knowledge
Answers drawn from your docs, policies and product data, with sources your staff can check.
Automation
Intake, triage, summaries and reports handled in the background, with a human approving what matters.
Training
Practical sessions so your team knows what the tools are good at, and where they still need a person.

What's our refund window for annual plans bought through a reseller?

30 days from the invoice date, processed through the reseller rather than directly. After 30 days, refunds are pro-rated only for service outages.

Draft a reply to the customer.

An internal assistant that answers from company policy and cites its source.

Small on purpose.

FonixLabs is a senior team. The people you meet on the first call are the people who design and build your project. No hand-offs to juniors, no account managers in between.

  • We prototype before we promise.

If something is uncertain, we test it in days, not after months of planning.

  • Craft is the strategy.

A fast, accessible and well-made site does more for a brand than another campaign.

  • You own everything.

Code, designs, prompts and accounts are yours from day one.

“They redesigned our site and built an assistant that handles a third of our support inbox. It felt like having an in-house team that already knew the business.”

Maya Lindqvist, Head of Operations, Corvid Health
